Behind the scenes
Our family’s passion for natural health and biomedical healing goes back to 2011.
Since then, our Facebook group has grown to over 57,000 amazing members and blog reads are over 2 million.
I mention this only to let you know, we’ve been in this arena for a while!

When I found myself with long COVID, I was optimistic (most days!) that I could find a way out, but finding the right combination of treatments took a while!
This blog was created to share the tremendously helpful protocols I’ve found for both myself and my daughter along the way.
They have improved our health far beyond long COVID issues and we’re excited to share them!
